Combining both functionality and style in our overall approach in constructing the hunter portable building, it is possible to transform the hunter cabin into anything you can dream of. In fact, it is becoming common that homeowners are using this portable cabin to create a home office for people who work from home or have a home-based business.
We are so happy we used this company to build a 16x24 Aspen in our backyard. The company was great to work with, Jeff was our building manager and he was incredibly nice answered all my questions and made this potentially stressful project easy. The building was incredibly well built, we had no issues passing our village inspection and they even complimented the quality of the build.
It will be a bummer if you start building and get hit with a fine for not obtaining a permit. Or worse yet you need to tear down the shed because you are not even allowed to build one at all.

Portable sheds are a quick and value for money. They are great for renters and anyone who needs a convenient storage solution.
Many factors influence shed costs, including the shed’s size, material, and construction. A tiny prefabricated shed for your tools will cost much less than a custom-built, spacious brick shed. A prefabricated kit is easy to install yourself, whereas you’d need to hire a skilled brick mason to achieve a custom brick shed.

Measure the roof area on your shed. Add 2″ – 3″ to the width to allow for folding over the sides to secure to the shed sides. It works out that you’ll only need one sheet to roof this wood storage shed.

My main complaint is that it took forever to be scheduled for construction - like 2-3 months. Once it got here, the guy put it up in about 6 hours. The shed itself seems solid but the walls are pretty thin. Overall it's good quality, though - worth paying the extra money for a solid, good looking wood shed versus the ugly metal ones at Lowe's. On a side note, if you're going to build your own foundation, don't trust the specs they send you - my installer put the 4x4s on in the opposite direction that the specs said. They will just lay the 4x4s on the ground so if you want something different, you can make a cement foundation or set up the posts like I did (cement blocks with wooden blocks on top).
